A bit about the band...
Reston Concert band is a Community Band comprising brass, woodwind and percussion instruments based in Berwickshire, Scottish Borders.
The Band was formed in 2003 and over the years has performed at many fund-raising events.
The Band has acquired an increasing reputation for performing not only to a high level of musicianship but are also known for involving audiences in the fun that exudes from their enjoyment of making music together under the leadership of Dave Jones.
The membership of around 22 players encompasses all age groups and playing abilities but requires a minimum of Grade 3 or equivalent standard of play.
The repertoire includes personalized arrangements of well-known themes representing a wide cross-section of moods and tastes, something for everyone.
