Midlothian has submitted an initial bid for £208,000 of Scottish Government money to improve walking and cycling routes. They are now seeking suggestions from the public to develop a second bid.
The proposed improvements between Dalkeith and Pathhead consist of signage only, so this is a good opportunity to suggest more useful and extensive improvements, such as a safe off-road cycling/walking route between Pathhead and Dalkeith.
